Courses are licensed for individual use. Do not redistribute materials without permission.
Upon purchasing access, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the course content for your personal educational purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, share login credentials, or make the content publicly available in any form.
- Permitted: personal study, private notes, and internal practice projects.
- Restricted: public reposting of videos, source files, quizzes, or transcripts.
- Prohibited: reselling, renting, or publishing derivative compilations of course materials.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse automation to spam or deceive users.
- Follow platform policies and legal requirements.
- Respect privacy and consent in data collection.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of other users.
- Refrain from uploading malware, infringing content, or engaging in harassment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion, without refund in cases of severe or repeated breaches.
Payments
Prices are listed per course. Taxes and fees may apply where relevant.
All charges are displayed prior to checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.
- Refunds: unless otherwise stated on a course page, eligible refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and require less than 20% course completion.
- Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension pending resolution.
- Promotions: discounts and coupons are time-limited and non-transferable.
Warranty and Disclaimers
Content is provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
- Limitation of Liability: in no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Exclusive Remedy: your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and, where eligible, request a refund under our policy.
